Jeannette Brumell

Learning Experience & Onboarding

Jeannette brings over 20 years of experience across operations, sales, marketing, and learning and development within leading financial services organizations. That breadth shapes how she designs learning, grounded in real-world experience.

 

She has led enterprise onboarding transformations in complex environments, turning fragmented processes into structured, scalable programs and improving new hire satisfaction from 58% to 94%.

 

Jeannette specializes in translating complex systems, processes, and organizational realities into clear, practical learning. Her work spans eLearning, video, workshops, webinars, and blended programs, with a focus on clarity, usability, and real-world application. She is also an experienced facilitator, delivering programs to audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior wealth management professionals.

 

What sets her apart is her ability to bridge business and learning, designing programs that reflect how work happens and deliver measurable impact.

Camille Sherwood

Leadership Development, Coaching & Talent Strategy

Camille has built her career in senior HR and talent development roles, with deep expertise in leadership development, facilitation, and strategic HR advisory.

 

She has designed and delivered leadership programs for more than 400 managers, developed enterprise talent frameworks for high-potential leaders, and worked closely with senior leadership on performance management, succession planning, and organizational change.

 

Her strength lies in combining disciplined program design with hands-on HR business partner experience. She brings a practical understanding of how leaders operate under pressure and what it takes for development to translate into sustained behaviour change.

 

Camille also works directly with leaders as a coach, supporting individuals and teams in building self-awareness, sharpening their thinking, and leading more effectively. Her work is grounded in the belief that stronger leadership drives stronger organizations.

 

She is a Birkman Certified Coach, accredited HPTI Practitioner, and DDI Certified Facilitator, with ICF certification in progress.
